Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hilltop Software LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides software

applications, websites, and SaaS (Software as a Service) products on a

subscription basis. This policy applies to all products and services offered

by Hilltop Software LLC.

1. Free Trials

Certain products may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged during

the free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your

subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method

will be charged.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on

the plan selected. By subscribing, you authorize Hilltop Software LLC to charge

your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or

by contacting us at support@hilltopsoftwarellc.com. Cancellations take effect

at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service

until the end of your paid billing cycle.

4. Refunds

Hilltop Software LLC does not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future billing

cycles, but no refund will be issued for the current cycle.

In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact us at

support@hilltopsoftwarellc.com within 30 days and we will investigate and

correct the issue promptly.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service

at any time. In the event we discontinue a paid service, affected subscribers

will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of their subscription.
